Adult Autism · Aging

Aging on the spectrum — and finding out later in life.

A calm space for autistic adults 50 and over, and for anyone recently diagnosed after a lifetime of not knowing.

Why this section exists

Fewer than 1% of autism research studies include adults over 50, even as the first generation diagnosed in childhood is now aging into later life. Many people are also being identified for the first time in midlife or beyond. This section exists to fill that gap — with practical, respectful, evidence-informed guidance written for adults, not about children.
